Are you looking for a fun, fast-paced, part-time job that offers free airline travel? Overland Aviation is hiring part-time Airline Passenger Service Agents to join our team at Williston Basin International Airport for the upcoming Sun Country Airlines season!

Applicants must be available to work Mondays and Thursdays, from approximately 11:45 AM to 3:00 PM, starting September 4th through December 15th.

Our Airline Passenger Service Agents are responsible for providing safe, professional, and dependable customer service to passengers traveling on Sun Country Airlines at Williston Basin International Airport, to include checking in passengers and their luggage for flights and assisting with passenger boarding and deplaning. JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Airline Passenger Service Agent

Status: Part-Time

Position Reports to: Overland Aviation Passenger Service Supervisor

Compensation: $20/hour + DOE

Essential Job Functions:

• Check in passengers and their luggage at the ticket counter and gates.
• Collect fees related to baggage, seat changes and other flight fees.
• Patiently handle customer concerns and complaints regarding ticketing and baggage handling.
• Knowledgeably answer inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares, and other questions as they arise.
• Make announcements at the gate or over the general PA system regarding flight activity.
• Be responsible for all flight movement messages between the gate, ground handling team, flight crew, and airport vendors.
• Effectively communicate the status of equipment with staff.
• Efficiently clean the aircraft cabin, seating areas, and aircraft lavatory.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact professionally with passengers, team members, and station leadership.
• Have proficient computer skills.
• Be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma, GED, or work experience equivalent.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
• Be able to pass a drug screen and obtain airport security clearance which includes an extensive employment, criminal record, and residence background check.
• Participation in random drug screenings.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work Mondays and Thursdays, from approximately 11:45 AM to 3:00 PM, starting September 4th through December 15th.

Physical Demands:

• Lift up to 70 pounds on a regular basis.
• Stand, lift, bend, push and pull on a frequent basis and for extended periods.
• Work around jet and machinery noises.
