Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should be extremely detail-oriented and able to follow instructions, adapt quickly to learning different products , and perform tasks with consistency and care. This position involves assembling, bagging, and labeling products while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.

This role primarily involves seated work; however, flexibility is required to occasionally assist in warehouse operations with picking and packing when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble products with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Package, bag, and label items according to company specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
• Perform routine checks during and after assembly to ensure all products meet established quality and safety standards
• Keep accurate count of inventory and report any inconsistencies or defective components to the supervisor.
• Assist in warehouse operations (picking and packing orders) during peak times or when understaffed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required – must be able to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to learning various products
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable sitting for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs when assisting in the warehouse
• Previous production or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
