We are seeking a skilled professional with a strong background in construction and construction administration who is ready to apply their expertise to the specialized field of building envelope forensics.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field investigations and forensic assessments of building envelope failures.
Develop effective repair and remediation strategies.
Prepare clear, detailed technical reports and present findings to clients and project teams.
Stay current with industry standards, materials, and emerging technologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
5–7 years of experience in building enclosures or construction
Experience in quality control and management
Strong knowledge of exterior building components, including fenestration, façade systems, roofing, and waterproofing materials
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to travel for project work
