Responsibilities

• Titling of resale, wholesale and purchases of both new and used vehicles including out-of-state transactions.
• Maintaining an accurate log and documenting files for all transactions.
• Responding in a timely manner to banks/customers on title questions or errors
• Title and registering vehicles within the time frame allotted from the respective DMV/BMV
• Notary is a must or willing to obtain in a short amount of time.
• Filing of completed deals
• Scanning of paperwork from deals
• Performs administrative duties in the office such as data entry, word processing, filing, copying, and other duties associated with this position
• Other administrative duties as assigned, such as daily deposits and cross-training for other office positions.
• Upholds the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements
• Understands and follows all work rules and procedures and follows lawful directions from supervisors

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

• Enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive attitude are a must.
• Organizational skills.
• Maneuver Email, spreadsheets, word documents, data entry and various internet based programs.
• Ability to multi-task and complete assignments on time.
• Work well independently, as well as with others in an open office setting.
• Present a neat, professional appearance.
