Job Title: Bilingual Insurance Agent (Korean/English) – Personal & Commercial Lines
Location: Kirkland, WA

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Insurance Agent (Korean and English) with a strong background in personal lines and commercial insurance. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the insurance industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships across diverse communities.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide insurance guidance and tailored solutions for personal and commercial clients.
Manage new and existing accounts, ensuring policy accuracy and compliance.
Communicate effectively with clients in both Korean and English.
Support customers with renewals, claims, and policy changes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and insurance products.

Qualifications:

Fluency in Korean and English (verbal and written) required.
Previous experience in insurance sales, personal lines, or commercial lines required.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
