This role bridges business needs with technical teams, focusing on customer experience, agile delivery, and data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities + Analyze dashboards, reports, and research to provide actionable insights + Write business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria + Conduct user journey mapping and user acceptance testing (UAT) + Create visualizations and dashboards to support performance analysis + Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders + Support Agile transformation and change management initiatives + Prepare documentation and presentations for executive meetings Additional Skills & Qualifications + BS/BA in Customer Experience, Marketing, Market Research, Business, or related field + 3-5+ years in customer-centric projects or enterprise strategy roles + Strong Business Analysis bg + Experience working in Agile environments + Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
