Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay: $1,000.50 per week

Shift: Days/Nights

Schedule: 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM), 40 hours per week, alternating weekends required

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking  Certified Nursing Assistant  for an exciting Travel or Local job in Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Support nursing staff with medical procedures, including post-operative and post-mortem care
• Take and monitor vital signs; collect samples as needed
• Accurately document patient care and maintain medical records
• Help patients during mealtimes and coordinate dietary needs with clinical staff
• Maintain cleanliness and a safe environment in patient areas
• Respond to patient needs promptly, promoting comfort and dignity
• Participate in AMS (Active Medical Staff) and QAPI (Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement) initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Knowledge of basic nursing care, safety procedures, and use of medical equipment
• Ability to provide compassionate, effective care in a clinical setting
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and apply AMS practices
