Imprezia is building the ad network for the AI era. Our system operates in real time, is intent aware, and is native to how people interact with AI agents. Our team comes from MIT, Meta AI Ads, Amazon Ads, and Microsoft AI Platform. We have built intelligent systems that move billions of dollars every day. Now we are building the backbone that will fund the future of AI.

We are hiring a Chief of Staff to work across strategy, GTM, and execution. You will partner directly with the founder to bring clarity to priorities, drive high-impact initiatives, maintain visibility on key metrics, structure partner and investor conversations, and own critical projects from zero to one. This role blends analytical rigor with hands-on execution and is central to how we scale.

We are looking for someone who is high agency, detail oriented, learns quickly, communicates clearly, and wants to help build the monetization rails of the AI internet. Ideal backgrounds include management consulting, investment banking, and hedge funds. If you want to carve your own path and operate at the center of an emerging category, we would love to talk.
