Carlson & Stewart Refrigeration is a design-build contractor specializing in commercial and industrial refrigeration systems across the Upper Midwest. We provide 24/7 service and preventative maintenance to support the long-term performance of our clients' systems. What You’ll Do
- Install refrigeration systems including piping, brazing, and insulating.
- Set up walk-in coolers, freezers, and refrigerated display cases.
- Install commercial food service equipment.
- Assist with system startups and troubleshooting.
- Support journeymen and team members as assigned.
- Perform general construction and related duties.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read a tape measure and solve problems on-site.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel; typical work week is 4 days.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in various weather and food facility conditions.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Capable of operating tools, machinery, and jobsite equipment.
