Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team on a contract, commission-only basis. The primary responsibility is to source, screen, and present top technical talent for roles defined by our Business Executive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle technical recruiting , from initial candidate sourcing through successful placement.
• Conduct initial, brief phone screens using provided interview guides to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for specialized technical positions.
• Collaborate directly with the Business Executive team to ensure alignment on role requirements and candidate submission protocols.

Contract Terms

This is an independent contractor position with a commission-only compensation structure , rewarding successful placements. This role is not a full-time, salaried position .

Flexible Work Arrangement

This role offers complete flexibility in scheduling. The Technical Recruiter has the freedom to manage their own hours and workload, allowing them to work as much or as little as desired. This arrangement is ideal for individuals seeking supplemental income and can be pursued alongside other existing employment, provided there are no conflicts with non-compete agreements.

Commission Details

Compensation is calculated based on a percentage of the pay rate differential between the target rate for the role and the candidate's negotiated submittal rate. Earning potential is directly correlated with successful placements and the volume of work undertaken.
