This position will be working onsite from Miami. 

Position Summary: 

Celebrity Cruises is looking for talented copywriters at every level to join their internal creative team. The copywriters will work alongside the strategy, product, and go-to-market teams to produce industry-leading campaigns for Celebrity Cruises. Including:

· New brand campaigns

· New product launches

· Branding across all consumer touch points

· Commercial campaigns

The copywriters are responsible for collaborating across different teams to deliver new campaigns from conception to completion for a variety of projects and media.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

· Partner with key stakeholders in client areas to devise and drive business strategies through creative work.

· Assist the Lead role in maintaining creative consistency across all media channels as needed.

· Concept and write ads, flyers, direct mail, and other forms of print collateral, as well as digital media, including web banners and email, special projects, and other materials for consumer and trade media.

· Partner with other department creatives to create and present conceptual options to deliver on strategic and business needs.

· Drive brand consistency through ongoing implementation of brand guidelines for copy.

· Ensure timely completion of projects while collaborating with the design team.

· Review final work for quality assurance before submitting for approval to Copy Manager.

· Ensure all copy follows legal guidance, including laws governing registered and trademarked symbols, country of origin, offer communications, etc.

· Timely review of all creative work to be presented for review and approval.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills: 

  • Minimum of BA in English, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing or related field.
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Knowledge of English grammar and punctuation.
  • Meticulous attention to detail; clear and concise communication, commitment to producing quality product; deadline driven.
  • Familiarity with print & online media. Proficiency in presenting work.
  • Knowledge of web writing and SEO best practices a plus.
  • Software experience in Mac applications, including Word and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of visual design programs such as inDesign considered a plus.
