Summary / Position Purpose The Creative Manager leads the development, execution, and governance of brand and creative across all TestEquity Group brands. This role ensures visual, verbal, and experiential consistency across channels—strengthening our brand presence, elevating storytelling, and supporting our commercial goals.
This person will manage the creative workflow, from concept to production, and serve as the central point of ownership for brand guidelines, design quality, and creative standards. They will oversee campaign creative, content templates, digital assets, sales enablement materials, and partner/OEM brand integrations to ensure alignment and impact.
The Creative Manager collaborates closely with Brand, Segment Marketing, Supplier Marketing, Sales, and our Mexico Marketing teams to deliver cohesive, compelling creative that supports acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Essential Duties, Functions And/or Responsibilities - Lead creative direction and execution for TestEquity Group, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms and business units.
- Own and govern brand guidelines, maintaining a unified creative system for TestEquity, Hisco, Techni-Tool, Jensen Tools, TEquipment, and Mexico marketing.
- Manage end-to-end creative workflow—including briefs, concepts, design, revisions, and final delivery—for campaigns, social, digital assets, landing pages, events, video, and sales enablement.
- Collaborate with Brand & Communications, Acquisition & Retention, Segment Marketing, Supplier Marketing, and Product teams to align creative with strategy and audience needs.
- Develop scalable design systems, templates, and content frameworks that improve efficiency and elevate quality.
- Review and approve all creative assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
- Manage external creative resources when needed (agencies, freelancers, vendors).
- Partner with the MX Marketing to ensure flawless creative execution across U.S. and Mexico.
- Support video, photography, and multimedia content production for campaigns and marquee initiatives.
- Provide creative leadership to ensure the team produces work that is modern, cohesive, high-impact, and aligned with company goals.
- Directly and indirectly responsible for product quality.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education And/or Work Experience Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, communications, or related field required.
- 5+ years of creative or brand leadership experience, ideally in B2B or multi-brand environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, campaign development, digital design, and storytelling.
- Experience developing and enforcing brand guidelines across multiple teams or business units.
- Ability to lead creative reviews, give constructive feedback, and manage a high volume of projects with competing deadlines.
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and how creative supports acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Experience collaborating across teams—including marketing, sales, product, supplier partners, and external agencies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with practicality, producing work that looks great and performs well.
- Experience working in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar tools.
- Proven ability to lead creative direction, elevate brand presence, and manage high-performing creative output.
- Skilled at building and maintaining scalable brand systems across multiple brands and regions.
- Strong eye for layout, typography, composition, and storytelling that translates across digital and physical channels.
- Ability to manage requests, prioritize workloads, and deliver high-quality assets under tight timelines.
- Experience working closely with marketing teams, sales teams, product managers, and partner/OEM stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, ensuring every deliverable aligns with brand standards and campaign goals.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe CC) plus familiarity with digital platforms (CMS, email platforms, social).
