Job Description

We're Growing — Come Join Us as a Dental Hospital Scheduler

Do you excel at keeping things organized, coordinating complex schedules, and ensuring patients feel cared for every step of the way? We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and compassionate Dental Hospital Scheduler to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our surgical and hospital-based dental care, where precision, empathy, and teamwork make all the difference.

Why YOU Would Want to Work for Us

At TN Dentistry, we don’t just provide dental care—we support patients through some of the most important procedures in their oral health journey. Here’s why this is the right place for your next career move:

A Culture of Collaboration - We believe that seamless coordination and clear communication lead to the best patient outcomes. As our Hospital Scheduler, you’ll be the bridge between patients, providers, hospitals, and surgical centers—helping ensure every case runs smoothly from referral to recovery. You’ll be part of a supportive, professional team that values respect, clarity, and teamwork.

Professional Growth & Development  -  We’re committed to helping our team grow! Whether you're looking to enhance your leadership skills or build on your dental front office expertise, we offer mentorship, training, and ongoing development opportunities.

Work-Life Balance -  We get it—life happens outside the office too. With a supportive work environment and generous paid time off, we make sure our team has the flexibility they need to thrive.

Competitive Compensation & Benefits -  In addition to a competitive salary, we offer comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, dental care (of course!), vision care, life insurance, supplemental plans and more. We value our employees’ well-being and work hard to provide a compensation package that reflects that.

A Positive Impact on the Community  -  You’ll be part of a team that helps patients access hospital-based dental care they might not otherwise receive. Every case you schedule makes a direct impact on improving patient comfort, confidence, and health.

Why WE Would Want to Work with You

We’re not just looking for someone who can schedule appointments—we need a professional who understands the importance of accuracy, empathy, and follow-through in hospital coordination. Here's what makes you the right fit:

Natural Communicator: You’re confident and compassionate when speaking with patients, families, and medical teams. You ensure everyone has the information they need.

Highly Organized: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple cases, pre-authorizations, and hospital requirements with ease.

Detail-Oriented & Organized:  You’re the kind of person who thrives on checklists and smooth workflows. You’re meticulous about documentation, surgical clearances, and ensuring no detail is missed.

Team Player:  You’re reliable, cooperative, and bring positive energy to the workplace.  You work well with clinical and administrative teams and pitch in where needed.

Patient-Focused:  You care about the experience each patient has and are always looking for ways to make it better. You understand that hospital dental procedures can be stressful and approach every patient interaction with care and professionalism.
