Summary:
Leads analysis of interoperability challenges and supports the development of Army Integrated Learning Plans and lessons learned through a DOTMLPF-P lens.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments of interoperability events and generate findings.
Draft and update ILPs, capability statements, and collection plans.
Engage in collection analysis and doctrinal refinement.
Interface with exercise planners and data analysis teams.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in DOTMLPF-P framework and Army MC systems.
Experience with CALL and exercise data analysis.
Familiarity with operational assessment tools and reporting.
