Salary Range for Escrow Processor is $50,000-$60,000/yr. Escrow Officer/Closer is $65,000-$80,000/yr.
Escrow Processor: Candidate must have 2-3 years of current experience working for a title company or law firm, as a Title Processor. The candidate will open files, call for payoffs, order surveys, assist in clearing title issues, and help prepare HUDs.
Escrow Officer/Title Closer: The candidate will work with the processing team to prepare files for closing, prepare settlement statements, and conduct closings. Candidates must have at least 3 years of recent Florida experience as a Title Closer/Escrow Officer. The candidate will ensure that their work, as well as the work of any employees supervised, complies with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines. Closer must have an active Florida Notary. A Florida Title Agents License is preferred but not required.
