Job Description
Our expanding law firm is looking for an experienced estate planning attorney.
We are looking for a warm, experienced, and community-connected Estate Planning Associate Attorney who loves working with people and isn’t afraid to step into the community to educate, inspire, and serve—especially within the Spanish-speaking Miami-Dade community.
This is an in-office position, and we are specifically seeking someone who is local to Miami-Dade and truly familiar with the community we serve.
Responsibilities:
You will guide families with care, patience, and compassion through:
• Estate Planning – Wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare planning
• Medicaid & Long-Term Care Planning – Helping families prepare for care while protecting what they’ve worked for
• VA Benefits – Serving those who served our country
• Guardianship – Protecting vulnerable adults with dignity
• Probate – Walking families through loss with compassion
You will also be a friendly, trusted face in our community , through:
• Speaking engagements
• Educational seminars and workshops
• Senior centers, churches, and community events
• Outreach within the Spanish-speaking community of Miami-Dade Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who:
• Is licensed to practice law in Florida
• Has real, hands-on estate planning experience (this is required)
• Is local to Miami-Dade and truly familiar with the community
• Is committed to working in-office and being present with clients and team
• Spanish-speaking is strongly preferred
• Has a warm, humble, and steady presence
• Is comfortable speaking to small and large groups
• Loves teaching and connecting with people
• Is dependable, detail-oriented, and service-driven
