A respected brewery restaurant in Northwest Philadelphia is hiring an Executive Chef to lead two scratch kitchens and guide a talented BOH team. What You’ll Lead
Seasonal menu development + weekly specials
Ordering, inventory, vendor management, food costing, and waste control
BOH staffing: hiring, training, and developing a positive kitchen culture
Ensuring consistent execution, food quality, and sanitation
Coordinating with FOH leadership for smooth, efficient service
What You Bring
5+ years BOH restaurant experience
2+ years in a Chef, CDC, or BOH leadership role
Strong communication + leadership abilities
Calm, steady, organized approach during service
Food safety certification preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Schedule
Full-Time | 5 days/week
Closed Monday + Tuesday
Service Hours:
Wed–Thu: 4 PM–9 PM
Fri–Sat: 11:30 AM–10 PM
Sun: 11:30 AM–8 PM
