*Morral company in need of general labor candidates 1st shift *
Working in their warehouse, palletizing fertilizer products on skids. Must have no lifting restrictions and must be able to work in a warehouse setting that has a strong smell of fertilizer. This position will support customers by manufacturing both liquid and dry fertilizer. The successful candidate will control automated bagging lines, operate forklift to put final product on trucks, and will plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production systems to meet production goals. It is important that the selected candidate have the drive and ambition to solve problems quickly, using sound judgment while staying safe on the job. -Examine and inspect containers, materials, or products to ensure that product quality and packing specifications are met. -Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records. -Place or pour products or materials into containers, using hand tools and equipment, or fill containers from spouts or chutes. -Load materials and products into package processing equipment. -Measure, weigh, and count products and materials. -Obtain, move, and sort products, materials, containers. Requirements -Possess at least 2 years industrial manufacturing experience, chemical packaging experience preferred. -Demonstrate knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.Why choose Acloche?
