**Description** We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Grader Operator to join our team at a steel mill in Decatur, AL. This role involves operating heavy equipment to grade and maintain the steel landfill area on-site. Drive and maneuver equipment safely across uneven terrain within the facility. Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of the grader. Work closely with site supervisors to ensure grading meets operational standards. Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times. Requirements: Previous experience operating a grader or similar heavy equipment. Ability to work in hot, dusty, and physically demanding outdoor conditions. Reliable transportation to and from the Decatur site. Strong attention to safety and detail. **Experience Level** Entry Level **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Decatur, AL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
