As a heavy equipment operator with us the minimum responsibilities are: + Operating heavy equipment such as: bulldozers, wheel loaders, motor grader, scraper, and compactors. + Performing routine inspection and maintenance on equipment. + Promoting continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices. + Interacting with customers and Waste Connections employees to determine safe and environmentally sound solutions to service issues. **What we need from you:** + 2+ years' experience running heavy equipment + Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance. + Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures. **What you'll get from us:** + Competitive Compensation ($23.00/hr) + 401(K) with company match; let us help you save for your future + Healthcare; Medical, Dental, Vision + Perks, perks, perks!
