This is a 13-week contract position for a Histology Technician. The technician will be responsible for performing histological procedures including grossing, embedding, microtomy, staining (both automated IHC and special stains, including some manual special stains) on routine hospital anatomical pathology specimens. The position requires a strong understanding of histology techniques and adherence to laboratory protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Perform grossing, embedding, microtomy, and staining of tissue samples.
- Execute automated IHC and special staining procedures.
- Perform some manual special stains.
- Process routine hospital anatomical pathology specimens.
- Maintain accurate records of all procedures performed.
- Adhere to laboratory safety protocols.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- ASCP-HT certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Histology
- Must be vaccinated + booster

- Floating may be required.
- All requests for time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application.
- No first-time travelers.
Scheduling:
- 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday.
