As an Insurance Services Manager II within JPMorganChase, you will oversee compliance reviews for the commercial and multifamily loan portfolio, including GSE and/or JPMorgan loans. This role requires a highly detail-oriented and deadline-focused professional who can manage multiple tasks and projects independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work effectively within their own group. The position involves significant interaction with both internal and external clients.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and tracking GSE origination and servicing activities, monitoring insurance waiver requests, and supporting the resolution of non-compliance issues related to GSE requirements.
Job responsibilitiesThis position is responsible for assessing assets and collateral to confirm adequate insurance coverage. The role ensures adherence to federal regulations, investor requirements (including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac), as well as compliance with JPMorgan Chase’s Global Flood and Non-Flood Insurance Policy
