About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Systems Engineer to support our team by triaging and resolving technical issues, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring employees are equipped with the tools and access they need to remain productive. The role involves onboarding and off-boarding employees, administering cloud-based systems, and implementing corporate security policies. You’ll be pivotal in maintaining seamless IT operations and ensuring a high level of service, both remotely and in person.
Responsibilities:
Interact directly with employees to remotely triage application, laptop, network, and access issues.
Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and IT procurement processes.
Implement corporate security policies through appropriate software solutions.
Administer and manage cloud-based tools, including application provisioning and automation.
Ensure team productivity by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to AV systems, shipping, and other operational needs.
Provide detailed attention to IT systems while maintaining clear and effective communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of hands-on experience with productivity SaaS platforms (e.g., Google Workspace/GDrive, Office 365/OneDrive).
Proficiency with MacOS laptops, programs, and fleet management tools (e.g., Jamf, Kandji).
Familiarity with access and identity management systems (SSO, LDAP, VPN, Okta, Duo).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Zoom, Meet, Slack).
Proven ability to debug complex problems with minimal information.

Experience with:
Understanding of application-relevant security concepts, including certificates, VPNs, and encryption.
Basic command-line proficiency.
In-depth knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
