Position: Medical Aesthetician
We are seeking a licensed, skilled, and client-focused Med Spa Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both traditional and advanced esthetic services and be passionate about helping clients achieve their skincare and beauty goals. You will work under the supervision of a medical professional and perform a variety of non-invasive procedures in a clean, safe, and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Deliver a wide range of professional skincare treatments, including customized facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, microneedling and cryotherapy.
-Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs and skin conditions.
-Providing recommendations for skincare products and at-home skincare routines.
-Provide expert education to clients on skincare regimens, treatment expectations, and pre/post-care instructions.
-Ability to assess clients' skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments.
-Keeping detailed records of client treatments and progress, making notes of any allergies and skin conditions the client may have.
-Maintaining cleanliness and sterilizaon of all equipment.
-Adhering to all legal and ethical standards related to esthetic procedures and client confidentiality.
Requirements:
-Current Esthetician license.
-Experience in medical esthetics
-Knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent time management skills
-Must be able to work a flexible schedule

Salary: $19.00 Hourly Pay + Tips & Commission
Pay is based on experience and will be discussed during your hiring interview
