A real estate license is required, though applicants actively completing licensure will also be considered. Responsibilities: • Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary • Lead follow-up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation Qualifications: • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Real Estate license • Must live in an area About Company: Our team is rapidly expanding!
