This is not a back-office role. This is a front-and-center leadership position where you’ll leverage your banking expertise and proven track record of building deposits to shape the future of our institution.

Base salary: $95,00 base salary and up.

What You’ll Do:

• Take ownership of deposit strategy—develop and execute plans that deliver measurable results.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring we’re their first call for banking solutions.
• Act as a market leader, representing the bank at community and industry events.
• Partner with internal teams to design innovative deposit solutions tailored to client needs.
• Lead by example, setting the pace for high performance and client satisfaction.
• Key Deposit Growth Areas You’ll Influence
• Retail & Consumer Deposits – checking, savings, money market, and CDs.
• Business & Treasury Management Deposits – operating accounts, sweep products, merchant services, and treasury solutions.
• Institutional & Public Funds – municipalities, school districts, nonprofits, and healthcare systems.
• Relationship Expansion – ensuring every loan or client relationship also brings deposits.
