Known for its friendly communities and low cost of living, it provides a peaceful, rural lifestyle at this hospital.Responsibilities:Perform a wide range of laboratory tests across multiple areas (microbiology, blood banking, serology, chemistry, hematology, etc.).Collect and process specimens according to established policies.Operate laboratory instruments and perform quality control checks.Analyze and interpret results, ensuring accuracy.Communicate results to physicians, nursing staff, and patients as needed.Maintain equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and adhere to safety policies.Provide care for patients of all age groups, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.Qualifications:Education: Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) from an accredited institution.Licensing: Eligible for or currently registered as an MLT (ASCP) or equivalent; must hold or be eligible for North Dakota licensure.Certifications: BLS certification (CPR), must attend Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training.Experience: Six to twelve months of experience in a hospital training program.Other: Regular, punctual attendance is required. Must be able to adapt to shifting duties and emergency situations.
