We are seeking a talented, high character, and enthusiastic Part-Time Floral Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with flowers, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow their skills in floral design. As a floral designer, you will create beautiful arrangements, assist customers, and contribute to the smooth operation of our shop.

Responsibilities

• Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.
• Process and clean flowers to maintain their freshness and presentation.
• Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements, providing excellent service.
• Answer phones and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Perform other tasks as assigned to support the team and shop operations.
• Must be willing to work some weekends (Saturdays) as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Experience: At least 1 year of experience creating floral arrangements and 1 year of experience in a retail setting.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
