Job Description

We are a dentist recruiting company helping a very reputable children's office that is seeking a pediatric dentist or a general dentist that is passionate about treating kids. The office is one that has been in the community for many years. They have plenty of patients for a full time dentist but would consider part time as well.

Their current dentist is leaving on great terms, therefore there is a busy patient base already established. They also average a lot of new patients each month. There is excellent mentoring and or collaboration with the other dentist.

A full time pediatric dentist could earn 300K to 400K per year a depending on experience and days worked and a general dentist could earn between 200K and 300K. This includes a very competitive daily guarantee, % of collections, benefits, PTO, 401K, and continuing education.

They have an excellent and long tenured staff to support the dentist. They have a very nice, modern office and they are offering a very competitive compensation and benefits package.

Job Responsibilities:

Assess dental needs of patients and determine appropriate, accurate treatment plans
Communicate to patients/parents to help alleviate any concerns or questions they may have
Communicate and coordinate with team members and management staff on how to best achieve practice goals.
Job Requirements:

Dental degree from an accredited university, DDS/DMD
State Dental Board License
DEA, CPR certificates
