Job Objective: 

In this role, you will support the management and coordination of technical projects from initiation through completion, helping to ensure timely delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to assist in delivering cloud-based solutions and driving innovation. 

Note: This position is 100% remote, with up to 20% travel. 

Responsibilities: 

• Assist in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of cloud-based and software development projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help ensure alignment on objectives and support meeting project milestones, scope, schedule, and budget. 

• Help develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking deliverables, timelines, and risks. 

• Monitor project risks and dependencies, escalating potential issues to project managers and supporting risk mitigation efforts. 

• Serve as a point of contact for clients, helping maintain strong client relationships and clear communication regarding project status and activities. 

• Support agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure adherence to agile methodologies. 

• Work alongside software developers to support alignment of code quality, architecture, and deployment strategies with cloud infrastructure and business requirements. 

• Assist in monitoring project success and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by documenting lessons learned. 

• Stay informed on project management trends, tools, and best practices to support team adoption of innovative solutions. 

Requirements: 

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or related roles; internships and relevant academic projects are also valuable. 

• Basic understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, including familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, compute, storage, networking, and security concepts. 

• Some exposure to software development and coordination with teams using various programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript). 

• Strong client communication skills with an ability to manage expectations and provide clear project updates. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders. 

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within a collaborative team. 

Preferred (Good to Have): 

• Strong familiarity with Agile frameworks and Scrum practices. 

• Awareness of AI trends and an interest in adopting GenAI practices. 

• AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or higher).
