Job Description
Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for a Breast Imaging Radiologist with fellowship training. The ideal candidate is a motivated, team-oriented physician who is proficient in all facets of breast imaging, including mammography, breast ultrasound, breast MRI, and image-guided procedures. This position is outpatient-focused with no call responsibilities and offers a balanced lifestyle in a high-demand market.
Pay: $600k-$700K, with bonus
up to $150K
Key Responsibilities: - Interpret 3D screening and diagnostic mammograms (tomosynthesis).
- Perform and interpret breast ultrasounds, including diagnostic and screening studies.
- Interpret breast MRIs and correlate with other imaging modalities.
- Perform image-guided breast procedures such as: Stereotactic biopsies, Ultrasound-guided biopsies, MRI-guided biopsies
- Participate in multidisciplinary breast conferences and collaborate with surgeons, oncologists, and referring providers.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation and communication of results.
- Contribute to practice quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications: - M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a Diagnostic Radiology residency.
- Completion of a Breast Imaging Fellowship from an ACGME-accredited program.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Radiology.
- Active Florida medical licensure.
- Proficient in all aspects of breast imaging and interventions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Experience: - Experience working in a high-volume breast center or outpatient imaging center.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred but not required).
- Comfortable working with technologists, patients, and multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment & Schedule: - Monday–Friday daytime schedule.
- Occasional nights and weekends.
- Outpatient imaging center setting with state-of-the-art equipment.
