We are looking for a motivated Showing Agent, licensed or currently completing real estate coursework, to support property tours while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the field. Responsibilities: • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Sales experience About Company: Keller Williams — Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
