Top Producing Team Needs Showing Agent – Greater Detroit We’re looking for a licensed and motivated Showing Agent to join a top-producing real estate team in the Greater Detroit area. As a Showing Agent, you’ll support lead generation, present properties, and guide buyers through their home search while learning from experienced professionals. Candidates must hold an active real estate license or be currently enrolled in pre-licensing coursework. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Lead follow-up • Follow the team plan • Sales Scripts mastery Qualifications: • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Present yourself in a professional manner • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Real Estate License Required • Superb communication About Company: As a top-selling team, we operate with a clear set of core values that drive both our culture and our results.
