Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced, results-driven Regional Property Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities. This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, drives financial performance, and develops high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple properties to meet occupancy, retention, and NOI goals.
• Develop and manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize revenue.
• Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance, quality, and curb appeal.
• Hire, train, and mentor property managers, leasing teams, and maintenance staff.
• Implement leasing and marketing strategies to stay competitive in the market.
• Ensure adherence to Fair Housing laws, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Foster resident satisfaction and resolve escalated issues.

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of property management experience, including multi-site oversight.
• Strong leadership skills with proven success in team development.
• Track record of driving occupancy, NOI growth, and operational excellence.
• Proficiency in property management software (ResMan, Yardi, AppFolio, etc.).
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and regional property regulations.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $70,000 – $100,000 base salary + performance bonuses

Schedule:

• Full-time, 8-hour shifts
• Some weekends as needed
