We're looking for passionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated Pediatric Inpatient and Clinic teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide specialized care to children with diverse medical needs, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

Your Impact:
As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a crucial role in delivering timely and individualized interventions, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our young patients in a dynamic and supportive environment. You'll be responsible for:
Comprehensive Patient Care: Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate individual health needs and concerns of pediatric patients.
Collaborative Care Planning: Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each child.
Patient and Family Education: Educating patients and their families about treatment options, medication management, and lifestyle adjustments to promote overall well-being.
Progress Monitoring and Documentation: Monitoring and documenting patients' progress, identifying any complications or changes in condition, and communicating findings to the healthcare team.
Recovery Support: Providing guidance and support to patients in managing their recovery, addressing challenges related to their medical conditions and treatment processes.
Infection Control: Implementing and adhering to infection control protocols to maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.
Quality Improvement: Participating in quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with institutional policies and best practices.
Accurate Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and comprehensive medical records in accordance with healthcare standards and regulations.
Patient Advocacy: Advocating for patients by addressing their concerns and needs, providing emotional support, and encouraging active participation in their care.
Adaptability: Undertaking additional duties as required, contributing to the overall success of the team.
What You'll Need:
Valid RN License: Unrestricted RN license from any U.S. state or territory.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in a pediatric specialty (within the last 3-5 years).
Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing strongly preferred. Prior experience in a military or government healthcare facility is also highly valued.
Physical Abilities: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
Environmental Awareness: Willingness to work in environments where exposure to contagious diseases, radiation, and high-stress situations may occur.
Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
Citizenship/Residency: U.S. citizenship or Permanent Resident Card.
Clearance: Ability to pass/possess a VA Public Trust Clearance.

Competitive Compensation: Pay range is based on experience and qualifications, ranging from $18 to $55 per hour.
