Replenishment Specialist - Warehouse Operations

Location: Southeast Houston, TX

Pay: $16/hour

Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Full-Time | On-Site

Dean's Professional Services is seeking a skilled Replenishment Specialist to join a high-volume warehouse team in Southeast Houston. This role involves ensuring accurate inventory storage and efficient restocking of picking areas to support smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Store incoming materials in designated warehouse locations

Replenish low-stock picking areas in carton flow and pallet racks

Operate material handling equipment, including reach trucks, order pickers, and pallet jacks

Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and voice-directed software

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in material handling or warehouse operations

Experience with powered warehouse equipment (reach trucks, order pickers, pallet jacks) preferred

Familiarity with WMS and RF technology is a plus

High school diploma or GED preferred (required)

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and reliability
