As a Retail Customer Service Associate at DocXhub, you’ll be the friendly face and helpful hand that our customers rely on. Whether it’s assisting with shipping, managing documents, or keeping things running smoothly, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.
Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide friendly and professional assistance in person and over the phone.
- Transaction Handling: Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions with accuracy.
- Shipping Support: Help customers pack and ship items using FedEx and other carriers.
- Document Services: Manage secure document shredding services and perform fingerprinting services following established protocols.
- Mail Management: Receive, sort, and distribute mail for virtual mailbox and PO box customers.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked with packaging and shipping supplies.
- Operational Support: Follow company policies and safety standards to maintain smooth store operations.
