School Social Worker – Maternity Leave Coverage | Fall 2025

Location: K–5 Elementary School, Illinois

Duration: September 2 – October 31, 2025

Schedule: Full-Time

At Clarifi Staffing Solutions, we believe every student deserves support to thrive academically and emotionally. We’re looking for a licensed School Social Worker to provide temporary coverage during maternity leave. You’ll support a caseload of ~24 students across general and special education classrooms, helping them build coping skills, resilience, and social-emotional growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver individual and small-group counseling to K–5 students.
  
• Participate in IEP and 504 meetings, contributing to student-focused plans.
  
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success.
  
• Assist with behavioral interventions and foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment.
  

Requirements

1. Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
   
2. Pass the Illinois Licensure Testing System (ILTS) School Social Worker Test.
   
3. Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Work endorsement.
