Organizations use Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to tackle the world's most critical challenges. Esri’s ArcGIS is the industry-leading software system enabling people to make maps, analyze geospatial data and imagery, and collaborate effectively to make decisions. As a world-leading SaaS solution, ArcGIS Online delivers geospatial solutions via a highly resilient architecture that can push scalability to new heights.
As a Product Manager focused on ArcGIS Online, you’ll be working with dynamic teams who are helping change, reinvent, and expand the way our customers think about geographic data and empower them to use GIS across their organizations and the world.
This is a fast-growth, high-impact product, foundational to Esri’s long-term strategy of enabling our customers and partners at the local, national, and global level. This role requires a highly driven, self-motivated individual who will work with people across Esri as well as with partners, international distributors, and customers around the world. You will champion the needs of our customers, assist our sales and services teams to position it, and contribute toward Esri’s most strategic initiatives.
A successful candidate will have experience leading Information Technology or Software Development project teams, strong product management expertise, an understanding of ArcGIS products and a growth mindset. You will help define the customer experience, set strategic priorities, manage and advocate for both internal and external change, from optimizing collaboration between Esri teams to owning the life cycle of complex and critical user-driven product enhancements, build and maintain relationships with end users, colleagues, Esri partners and distributors, and influence the product's development priorities.
