Job Title: TIG Welder

Location: Wyoming, MI

Schedule: 2nd Shift

Pay: $20-23/hr

Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals according to blueprints and specifications.
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure strength, accuracy, and quality standards are met.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Maintain tools and welding equipment in proper working condition.
• Follow safety guidelines, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Assist with other fabrication, assembly, or production duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, precision, and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Welding certification preferred but not required.
