Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Yoga Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of yoga practices, a positive and motivating presence, and the ability to connect with a professional clientele seeking balance in their busy lives. This position is perfect for individuals who are not only skilled in yoga but also interested in growing their career within a dynamic hospitality-focused organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design and lead engaging yoga classes tailored to the needs of busy professionals.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for clients of all experience levels.
• Promote healthy lifestyle practices by aligning yoga sessions with our nutritious breakfast offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the studio.
• Collaborate with the Kairos team to integrate wellness initiatives with our broader hospitality services.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities within Kairos.

Qualifications:

• Certification from a recognized yoga training program (200-hour certification minimum preferred).
• Prior experience teaching yoga classes, preferably to professional or corporate clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for health, wellness, and personal growth.
• Flexibility to adapt classes to meet the needs of diverse clients.
• Interest in exploring additional roles or growth opportunities within the Kairos organization.
