Program Overview:
Get ready for the season with our Youth Basketball Skill Building program! Designed for players ages 7 to 9, this dynamic class helps young athletes sharpen their game through focused training in both fundamentals and fitness .
Each session will cover essential basketball skills including:
Shooting mechanics
One-on-one defense
Ball handling and passing
Scoring techniques
Mental preparation and game strategy
Our goal is to challenge every athlete in a fun, high-energy environment that builds confidence and elevates performance on and off the court.
