Role Title: Banking Digital Strategy Consultant Financial Services & Insurance (Contract)
Location: New York preferred; open to remote candidates in EST or PST time zones (EST strongly preferred).

~20% travel expected

Role Overview:
Client is seeking a Banking Digital Strategy Consultant who will act as a trusted advisor, bringing thought leadership in digital trends and innovation, particularly in the use of Adobe technologies. The consultant will support go-to-market strategies focused on the Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) sector, including payments, asset management, and recurring revenue models.
This is a high-impact role requiring a candidate with a strong consulting mindset, digital storytelling expertise, and the ability to interface with VP-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise Adobe's enterprise customers on digital strategy within the FSI domain
Serve as a thought leader in banking digital transformation and innovation
Conduct market research, identify customer needs, and activate strategies accordingly
Deliver compelling storytelling using PowerPoint to convey strategic narratives
Develop and present go-to-market strategies for a defined banking segment
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive digital adoption and customer success
Manage programs and engagements end-to-end
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience (manager open to junior-level candidates if they have relevant experience)
Consulting background (Big Four experience strongly preferred)
Strong skills in storytelling, digital strategy, and PowerPoint presentations
Experience presenting to VP-level stakeholders
Familiarity with internal consulting, digital operations, and marketing strategy in a banking context
Program management capabilities
Preferred Industry Background:
Universal banking (Retail, Commercial Banking, or Wealth Management)
Experience with major regional banks

Interview Process:
Two behavioural interviews
One panel interview with a case study presentation
