We’re looking for enthusiastic Charity Events Assistants to join our fast-growing outreach team and help us organize impactful events for nonprofit organizations.
This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity where you’ll gain real-world experience in event planning , nonprofit outreach , and community engagement —no prior experience required!
As a Charity Events Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in planning and executing charity events, fundraisers, and outreach campaigns that support social impact initiatives. You’ll represent nonprofit partners at public events and help bring their missions to life.
Assist in organizing and executing charity events, fundraisers, and community outreach activities
Support event logistics: setup, signage, registration, volunteer coordination, and teardown
Engage with event attendees, donors, and the public to promote campaigns and encourage participation
Help manage supplies, event materials, and on-site communications
Collect and update donor and supporter information for reporting and follow-up
Collaborate with nonprofit partners and internal teams to ensure event success
Attend team training sessions to build skills in outreach, donor engagement, and event coordination

Are 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States
