Position : Customer Success Manager

Working Schedule : 7a-4p or 8a-5p PST

Salary Range :$1200-$1500 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products/services. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals, drive product adoption, and promote customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of customers.
  • Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation process.
  • Understand customer needs and business objectives to offer tailored solutions.
  • Drive product adoption and provide ongoing support to ensure long-term success.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally by providing feedback to product, support, and sales teams.
  • Monitor account health and proactively address issues to mitigate churn.
  • Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and partner with sales as needed.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on customer status, usage metrics, and KPIs.
  • Conduct business reviews to ensure customers are achieving their desired outcomes.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and activities using CRM tools.
     

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role.
  • Pipedrive or any relevant experience within a CRM
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Comfortable with CRM and customer success tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight).
     

Preferred:

  • Experience within the Restaurant/Bar space and/or Orthodontist space
