Smile New York Outreach, a school-based mobile dental company, is seeking aDental Assistantto help provide dental services to the children throughoutBronx & Manhattan.

The practices we service primarily focus on children whosuffer from poor hygiene and who may also not have easy access to dental care.We truly believe in the importance of this mission and would welcome you as part ofthe teamand the children in our New York schools will too!

Future Position: Expected to Start in the Fall (August/September)

Full-Time- (4-5 days per week) with Benefits!

Part-Time availability as well (2-3 days/week)

Dental Assistant Qualifications:

Dental Assistant Certification (preferred, but not required)
CPR certification card
Working experience as a Dental Assistant
Working experience with Digital X-ray"s
Experience with patient charting (paper forms, charting tooth surfaces)
Valid ID, and a willingness to travelto schools within the boroughs
Works well with children
Team player and able to work on a small team
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
