Front Office Coordinator at Express Employment Professionals

Front Office Coordinator responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls, transferring calls, taking messages, scheduling appointments.
- Helping guests, maintaining a clean waiting area, taking applications
- Providing great customer service and ensuring a positive front office experience
- Additional responsibilities as needed

Position requirements:
- Understanding of common business practices & procedures
- MS Office Suite
- Multi-tasking & Problem-solving capabilities
