Responsibilities

• Perform Mig and Tig welding on various materials, ensuring high-quality welds that meet industry standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project specifications.
• Set up welding equipment and maintain tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect completed welds for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance welding skills and techniques.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mig/Tig Welder, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Certification in welding from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Strong understanding of welding techniques, equipment, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle welding equipment and materials.
