Scope
Serves as a dedicated advocate, providing personalized care and support to patients, families, and caregivers. Key responsibilities include patient education on diagnoses and treatments, coordinating appointments and follow-up care, connecting patients to essential resources like financial and social support, and serving as a liaison between patients and clinical staff.
