POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Account Executive is responsible for prospecting and selling new business. The successful candidate possesses the talent and skill to door knock businesses and persuade prospects to meet and speak with you. The Sales Account Executive is able to work independently with personal drive and a proven track record of closing sales and exceeding sales quotas. We are looking for the best of the best; someone with a phenomenal work ethic, a contagious personality with a can-do attitude. The Sales Account Executive must be able to adopt the company's structured sales process to generate results that contribute to our business growth. The position requires the Account Executive to drive daily to new businesses, canvas their market and speak with decision makers in person to generate appointments and eventually close deals. We mean that literally not figuratively. (This is not a motto) The Sales Account Executive reports directly to their Sales Manager.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
· Follow the established LANgineers sales generation process which includes door knocking and speaking with decision makers in person.
· Use daily sales tools - provided by LANgineers
· Prove ability to set new appointments and new business face to face with decision makers.
· Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills
· Door knocking businesses and persuading prospects to meet and speak with you.
· Achieve appointment setting and appointment attending targets.
· Must achieve assigned sales quotas.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Ability to self-manage and work independently, as well as part of a team.
· High school diploma or equivalent (required)
· Bachelor's degree (preferred)
· 2+ years of business to business (B2B) outside sales experience preferably within the telecommunications industry
· A valid driver's license is required.
· Reliable car and vehicle registration and insurance is required
· Must have a viable remote home office.
· Must have a computer and highly reliable broadband internet access.
SALARY
· $50,000-$55,000 / year + variable compensation. (Enjoy an aggressive compensation structure with ability to earn total compensation: $75,000 - $130,000 annual.)
